These terms apply to your use of sa.cizaro.net and to every order placed through it. Completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of them.

Operations are conducted under the supervision of Cizaro Egypt and under licence from it to use the trademark.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT. Shipping charges, where they apply, are calculated at checkout.
We may change prices at any time. Where there is an obvious error in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund it in full before dispatch.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only once we have confirmed the order and stock is available. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it.
Payment methods
We accept bank cards and mada, cash on delivery, and instalments through Tabby and Tamara. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store card details.
Instalments are a third-party service, subject to that provider's own terms and its approval of your order.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping within the Kingdom is handled by Salasa, with delivery in two working days from order confirmation. That is an estimate rather than a contractual commitment, and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your address and mobile number. Where delivery fails because of incorrect details or no response, we may return the order and deduct the shipping cost from any refund.
Returns and exchanges
7 days for full-price items and 3 days for discounted items and items included in offers, from the date of purchase. The full conditions and exclusions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account. We may suspend any account used in breach of these terms.
Intellectual property
The CIZARO name and logo are owned by Cizaro Egypt and used in the Kingdom under licence. All site content — images, text and designs — is protected and may not be used commercially without written permission.
Accuracy of content
We take care over descriptions, measurements and images. Fabric colours may vary slightly between screens, and measurements are approximate and vary by cut.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits any rights granted to you by consumer protection regulations in the Kingdom.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
These terms may be updated, and any amendment is published on this page. The terms that apply to an order are those published at the time it was placed.
