How do I choose my size?
Jean sizes are shown with both the letter and the EU number — for example M-38 or L-40 — so you can work from whichever you know. Each product description also lists the model's size, height and waist width in centimetres.
What's the difference between the fits?
Mom fit: high waist, roomier through the hip, tapering towards the ankle.
Wide leg: straight and wide from the hip down.
Straight leg: even width from hip to ankle.
Skinny: fitted throughout.
Flare: fitted at the hip, widening from the knee down.
Baggy: relaxed and roomy with extra space.

How long does delivery take?
2–3 business days across Saudi Arabia.

Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards, mada, Apple Pay, instalments via Tabby and Tamara, and cash on delivery.
Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
Yes, an additional SAR 5.00.
Returns & exchanges
What is the returns window?
7 days for full-price items and 3 days for discounted items, from the date of delivery.
How do I request a return or exchange?
