This is done under the supervision of Cizaro Egypt (115 Industrial Zone, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt) and under licence from it to use the trademark. Cizaro Egypt may access order data in its supervisory capacity.

What we collect

When you order or create an account: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address and order details. We do not store card details — payments are handled directly by our payment providers.

When you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site.

When you contact us: the content of your message via WhatsApp, email or the contact form.

How we use it

Fulfilling and delivering orders, and processing returns and exchanges.
Contacting you about order status or confirming your address before dispatch.
Answering questions and support requests.
Improving the site, the product range and the size-selection experience.
Sending offers and new arrivals — only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Meeting our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers acting on our behalf:

Shopify — store platform and website hosting.
Salasa — shipping and delivery within the Kingdom (name, address and mobile number).
Tabby and Tamara — instalment options, where you choose them.
Judge.me — product review management.
Analytics and advertising providers — to measure site and campaign performance.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not permit its use for any purpose beyond those set out above. We may disclose data where a competent regulatory authority requires it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the bag, sign-in and your language preference, and analytics and advertising cookies to measure performance. You can control these through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from completing a purchase.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Saudi accounting and tax regulations. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it, and browsing data for a shorter period.

Transfers outside the Kingdom

Order and account data is processed within the Kingdom by the operator. Cizaro Egypt may access this data in its supervisory capacity, and some of the service providers listed above use cloud services located outside the Kingdom. This is subject to contractual safeguards protecting the data.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to:

Know what data we hold and why we collected it.
Obtain a copy of your data.
Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
Request deletion of your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.

To make a request, email info@cizaro.net. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom.

Children

This website is not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that we have collected a minor's data without a guardian's consent, we delete it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the applicable regulations change. Any amendment is published on this page along with an updated “Last updated” date above.
